1. Bookings & Payment
A booking is confirmed once we issue a written confirmation and the stated deposit is received. Balances are due 30 days before departure unless your confirmation says otherwise. Prices are per person sharing and may vary with season, group size and availability until confirmed.
2. Changes & Cancellations
Plans change — tell us early. Cancellation charges scale with proximity to departure and any non-refundable supplier costs already committed on your behalf. Date changes are treated as amendments where suppliers allow, otherwise as cancellations.
3. Travel Documents & Insurance
Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas and vaccinations for their itinerary. Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical care and evacuation is required on all safaris and strongly recommended on all other trips.
4. Liability
We act as an agent for carefully selected lodges, airlines and operators. While we choose partners with care, we are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, wildlife behaviour and third-party service failures.
