Corporate Travel, Retreats & Team Building

A dedicated travel desk for your company — negotiated rates, one invoice, 24/7 traveller support, and retreats your team will actually remember.

Corporate Travel Desk

A dedicated account manager handles your team's flights, hotels and airport transfers under negotiated corporate rates — one monthly invoice, clean cost-centre reporting and policy compliance built in, whether staff travel weekly or once a quarter.

Company Retreats

Strategy off-sites and all-staff retreats within easy reach of Nairobi: Naivasha, Nanyuki, Machakos and the coast. We match the venue to the agenda — boardroom mornings, firepit evenings — and manage rooming lists, meals, transport and facilitation support.

Team Building

Facilitated programmes that go beyond tug-of-war: conservation challenges in the conservancies, cook-offs on Diani beach, amazing-race formats through Nairobi. Designed around your objectives, headcount and budget per person, with all logistics handled.

Staff Reward & Loyalty Trips

Quarterly top-performer getaways and end-of-year trips your team will actually talk about — weekend safaris, coast escapes and regional city breaks, priced per person with clear inclusions so HR can budget precisely.

NGO & Field Travel

For NGOs and development organisations we run recurring field travel: flights to regional airstrips, vetted vehicles with experienced drivers, security-conscious routing and accommodation in programme areas — with the duty-of-care documentation your compliance team needs.

Duty of Care & Support

Every corporate traveller gets 24/7 WhatsApp support, live itinerary updates and an escalation line to a human who can rebook, reroute or extract. Travel policies, approval flows and traveller tracking are set up once and enforced on every booking.

How we work

  1. 1

    Brief us

Share your headcount, dates, budget band and what success looks like — a two-line email is enough to start.

  2. 2

    Get a proposal

Within two working days you get venue or itinerary options, itemised pricing and a clear management fee. No commitments yet.

  3. 3

    We run it

Once you approve, one producer owns everything: bookings, transport, on-site coordination and a 24/7 support line for your travellers.

  4. 4

    Review & repeat

After the trip you get a spend report against the approved budget — most clients roll straight into a standing travel account.

Corporate Travel — Frequently Asked Questions

How does a corporate travel account with Proven Adventures work?
We start with your travel policy and preferred budget bands, negotiate corporate rates with the hotels and airlines your team uses most, then run all bookings through a dedicated account manager. You get consolidated monthly invoicing, per-cost-centre reporting and a single escalation contact — instead of staff booking piecemeal on personal cards.
What does a typical company retreat in Kenya cost?
A one-night, two-day retreat near Nairobi — venue, meals, conference room and transport — typically lands between KES 15,000 and KES 35,000 per person depending on the property and season. Coast or safari retreats with flights run higher. Send us your headcount and dates and we will price two or three venue options within two working days.
Can you run team building for large companies?
Yes. We have facilitated programmes from 15-person startups to 400-person corporates, splitting large groups into rotating activity tracks so everyone stays engaged. Facilitation, equipment, insurance, catering and transport are all included in the per-person price.
Do you support NGOs travelling to field locations?
We manage recurring field travel for NGOs across Kenya and the region: scheduled and charter flights to regional airstrips, 4x4 vehicles with experienced drivers, vetted guesthouses and lodges in programme areas, and the duty-of-care documentation donors and compliance teams require.
Is there a minimum company size for corporate services?
No. Small teams benefit most from a travel desk — a five-person company gets the same negotiated rates, invoicing and support as a large corporate. Retreats and team building are priced per person, so the format scales from ten people upwards.
