Delete your account
Request the removal of your account and personal data
You can request the permanent deletion of your Proven Adventures account here or from the mobile app (Profile → Delete account & data). We complete requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Profile details (name, phone)
- Enquiries, notifications and email preferences
- Proven Points balance and history
- Club memberships and event registrations
What we may retain
- Invoices and payment records, anonymised, where tax and accounting law requires it
- Records needed to resolve an active dispute
We'll confirm the request by email to the account address before deleting anything, so nobody else can delete your account for you. Prefer a break instead? Reply to that email and we'll deactivate the account rather than delete it.
